In my approach, I combine my own lived experience of anxiety & low self-esteem, as well as integrating psychology, neuroscience, coaching & energetics. I intuitively weave in many tools, teachings, perspectives & schools of thought depending on what you need at the time. I work in a trauma informed way including inner child healing work, which means understanding your current struggles in the context of your lived experience, supporting you to understand & process past experiences, whilst also helping you to create a future that is in alignment with you & what you really want.
