Do you find yourself stuck in your head...replaying conversations, analysing situations, second-guessing decisions, or worrying about things that haven’t even happened? A live 90 minute workshop teaching you why overthinking really happens, what it’s trying to protect you from, what not to do when you’re stuck in a loop & most importantly - how to begin breaking the cycle. * Limited spaces available *

No problem, the replay will be sent straight to your inbox!

Let’s be honest for a second…

You’ve been caught (& lost) in cycles of overthinking more times than you can count.

You’ve tried... Rationalising your thoughts. Thinking more positively. Asking ‘what’s worst case scenario?’. Desperately looking for evidence that every thing will be fine. Doing 1000 things to ‘take your mind off it’. Asking your best mate for reassurance (again). Convincing yourself it’s all going to be okay when the * problem * is sorted and of course, telling yourself to ‘stop worrying so much’.

Only to find… You might have a few moments of relief until suddenly your mind finds something else to worry about. You’re even more lost in a spiral of overthinking than you were before. You spend more time in your head than anywhere else in the world. You're annoyed at yourself for worrying about stuff that's irrational. You've just found even more evidence that everything you were worrying about is even worse than you originally thought!

Here’s what nobody tells you: Strategies of distraction, avoidance, reassurance, rationalising, positive self-talk and micro-managing your entire existence are NOT the answer to your overthinking loops.

No wonder it feels relentless!

Honestly, I have 100% been there & let me tell you, it absolutely doesn’t have to be that way.

Hey!

I'm Becky

I am accredited & registered with over 15 years working in the Psychology field with people from all walks of life. I have worked in secure environments & in the community, including with young offenders, people engaging in significant risk taking behaviours & those who 'have it all' but still don't feel happy on the inside.

I am also very much a human who continues to walk the path of healing. My journey into this work started by working through my own struggles of anxiety, low confidence & self-esteem.

One of the biggest problems I faced in the well-being/healing world was that most practitioners & other professionals didn't actually understand anxiety. We are often told to manage anxiety by managing the mind but what we aren't told is that anxiety doesn't begin in the mind, it begins in the body. This is why cognitive strategies alone often leave people stuck in never-ending cycles of overthinking - they’re using cognitive methods for what’s actually a body-based problem.

This is what inspired me to create Break The Loop — A Workshop for Overthinkers.

Because… you can manage your mind all day long, but if you’re not also:
👉🏻 Addressing what’s driving your fears
👉🏻 Regulating your nervous system
👉🏻 Grounded in who you are

…then nothing truly shifts. Trust me, I learnt this the hard way too!

What if your mind was actually working FOR you, rather than the cause of 99.9% of your suffering?!

Imagine this:

✓ You know what’s really happening in your mind & body when you’re stuck in your head, instead of feeling completely overwhelmed & lost in a never ending loop

✓ You stop looking at other people wondering why they seem to find things so much easier & actually start finding it easier yourself

✓ You understand what’s driving your overthinking, so that you can nip it in the bud rather than desperately hoping to feel less worried

✓ You have simple & accessible tools that actually work to break the overthinking loop (we're talking psychologically informed strategies not just more unhelpful advice from a mate)

✓ You feel confident managing your mind rather than being consumed, overwhelmed or frustrated by it

✓ You have a relationship with your mind where it’s actually working for you (like it’s meant to!) & no longer causing you 99.9% of your struggles

What if managing your thoughts actually felt… easier, simpler & maybe even fun?!

That’s exactly what I’ll help you to do in Break The Loop.

Here's what to expect...

You'll learn how to...

  • Recognise when (and why) you’re caught in an overthinking loop – because self-awareness is the first step toward change

  • Understand the emotional and neurological roots of overthinking – knowledge really is power!

  • Explore what’s really going on in your mind and body when you’re stuck in a spiral, and learn how to respond in a way that actually works

  • Practice simple, effective tools to interrupt spiralling thoughts – strategies you can return to again and again

  • Develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with your mind - one that supports calm rather than control

  • Strengthen your ability to pause and create space between thought and reaction - so you can respond with intention rather than fear

  • Leave with a toolkit of practical, evidence-informed practices you can integrate into daily life for lasting change

What's happening in the workshop...

This workshop isn't going to teach you how to control your mind, give you a quick fix or make promises that you'll never overthink again.

We're here to completely shift the way that you experience, relate and respond to your thoughts, so that they are no longer controlling and consuming you.

What you'll get:

  • Practical teachings, perspectives, evidence-informed tools and strategies which you can use long after the workshop - grounded in psychology/neuroscience and designed for real life

  • Live Q&A to address your unique experiences - get clarity on how to apply what you learn to your individual needs, with no pressure to participate if you prefer to observe

  • Lifetime access to the replay - revisit the workshop anytime you need a refresher

This is for you if...

  • Your mind feels busy, even when you’re completely drained

  • You often replay conversations or worry about what might happen next

  • You notice how self-criticism or the pressure to “get it right” keeps you feeling stuck

  • You’re tired of feeling caught up in your thoughts and long for more calm

  • You struggle to trust that things will be okay unless you’ve thought them through

  • You want gentle, practical ways to quiet the mental noise and feel more grounded

  • You’re curious about what’s really driving your overthinking and open to exploring a new way of responding

  • You’re ready to start relating to your thoughts with more understanding, ease, and compassion

  • You’re seeking tools and strategies that you can realistically use in everyday life
